Flush-mounted time-controlled 500W electronic dimmer module for wired system, without neutral wire

The MTV500E wired flush-mounted module is a timed wired electronic dimmer, which allows the management of the brightness variation from 3% to 100% on loads up to 500W.
The device exploits the principle of variation by interruption at the beginning or at the end of the phase through the automatic recognition of the type of load: it is compatible with different loads, including incandescent lamps, 230V LEDs and dimmable halogens.
It supports a double level of memory: storage of the last brightness level, which can be recalled at the first press, and 100% lighting, which can be recalled with 2 short presses on the button.
The module can be timed, from 2 seconds to 4 hours, with shutdown notice. It also features the courtesy night light function for children which allows for a light intensity of 20% which will decrease in an hour until leaving only a courtesy light (for 12 hours). It also allows you to activate the luminous signals of corridors or other rooms for night travel.
it is possible to centralize the control of several MTV500E dimmer modules via pilot wire, using the CVI50 accessory (code 5454805).
Thanks to the “soft start / soft stop” function, it limits the inrush current during the lighting phase of the light circuit, thus increasing the life of the lamp and the buttons.
The module provides 2 types of integrated electronic protections: in case of short circuit on the load (with automatic reset after elimination of the fault) and against overheating. it is also immune to mains disturbances up to 1.5 kV and 100% waterproof and can therefore also be installed outdoors.
