The new Dino Carlesi school complex was built on the ruins of an abandoned building with the aim of providing a solution to the problems of the previous school complex buildings. Following the recent renovation, the new buildings will accommodate middle and primary schools with a total of around 600 students.

The centre is built on two floors and is equipped with themed classrooms, laboratories, offices, an auditorium and a gymnasium.

Here, Urmet provided the installation of systems to ensure building security. This included the fire alarm and public address system, which is useful for managing the evacuation of the building, the 1068 video surveillance and intrusion alarm system with active infrared dual-beam barriers to protect the outdoor areas.

It was decided that the CCTV system comprise 5M IP cameras from the Neius range with 2.8- 12 mm motorised lens, managed by a 20-channel NVR. Neius cameras support video analysis capabilities and provide high resistance to external factors, with IP67 and IK10 protection.

The cameras have been positioned in such a way as to ensure a high level of security, without affecting the privacy of the school staff or pupils.
