Urmet provided its video door entry and civil series solutions for Torre Altogiardino, an innovative residential building located in Guidonia Montecelio in the Metropolitan City of Rome.
The nine-story structure combines design, sustainability, and technology. It boasts self-cleaning, heat-insulating, ecological exterior walls and uses solar energy. Its 25 independent living units, each with a large terrace, are surrounded by extensive outdoor green spaces, creating a vertical island that resembles a large, lush tree.
Urmet's state-of-the-art solutions combine technology and aesthetics, expanding the concept of contemporary living in this context. Internally, 25 connected VOG5W monitors feature an elegant, minimalist design and advanced features, such as call forwarding to mobile devices for answering calls and opening the gate through smartphones. Externally, two Alpha push-button panels in an elegant black color have a 3.5-inch color display and an electronic directory.
Plates from Simon Urmet's Nea Expì line complete the proposal by enhancing the rooms' fine materials and finishes. The plates have reduced thicknesses and 45°-joined edges, offering a refined, modern, and essential design. They also have controls and functions for managing energy and comfort.
