Code of ethics

The Code of ethics is the company’s “Constitution”: a charter of moral rights and duties that lays out the ethical and social responsibilities of every person involved in the company’s organisation.

Urmet has always upheld ethics as a fundamental principle in the process of providing quality products and services to its customers. The Code of Ethics expresses and confirms the company values, while at the same time establishing the rights, duties, and responsibilities of all persons both inside and outside the company.

231 Organisational Model

At the end of 2023, Urmet adopted an organisational model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01, with the aim of ensuring honest and transparent corporate management, thus creating a competitive advantage in a business context that increasingly rewards ethical behaviour towards the market and employees.

Certifications

                Urmet S.p.A. designs, develops, manufactures, and markets its products in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This internationally acknowledged certification attests to Urmet’s status as a leader in the door phone, video door phone, security, telephony, and building automation industries, as well as the all-round quality of its products and services.

IQNET Certification

IQNET and its partners CISQ/IMQ-CSQ have certified that Urmet’s Quality System complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the following activities: Design, development, industrialisation, production, sale, marketing, and installation of door phone, video door phone, security, and telephony systems.

IMQ Certification

IMQ has certified that Urmet S.p.A.’s quality system complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the following activities: Design, development, industrialisation, production, sale, marketing, and installation of door phone, security, and telephony systems
