Interactive voice responder optional card, for Agorà2 PABX, with automatic routing and waiting management

Optional interface board for PBX Agorà 2 (code 1372/312) which allows automatic management for incoming calls, with automatic routing to PBX extensions, which can be diversified for day and night mode.
The managed call flow includes: playback of a welcome message, the possibility of typing a choice or the desired extension, keeping the call on hold until the selected destination or the default destination is answered.
Additional functions are: the ability to reproduce up to 5 messages, in addition to the main one, to make branching choices on several levels, and the weekly scheduling on 5 daily bands: 2 day, 3 night.
Its programming is simplified thanks to the dedicated section in the PC application SCAITERM2NET.
