In accommodation facilities that do not have a physical reception desk, remote control of entrances is essential to ensure a smooth and secure welcome. Urmet meets this need with IPassan, the IP-based access control system. With IPassan, access to each area can be managed remotely in a simple and completely secure manner, both for guests and owners, optimizing time and processes.
The main entrances to the building have been equipped with recessed code keypads made of vandal-proof steel: designed to withstand impact, weather conditions, and any attempts at tampering, they ensure maximum security and allow guests to access the building independently, without the need for keys or badges.
A backlit wall-mounted keypad, operated by code, has been installed at the individual internal entrances to the 13 rooms. The colored LED indicators make it intuitive to use, and the contemporary design makes the device suitable for any architectural and interior design style.

From individual rooms to common areas, all the interior spaces of the building have been finished with Simon Urmet's Nea series, which adapts perfectly to a wide variety of styles thanks to the clean lines of its minimalist design.
The elegant design and refined finishes are also found outside, in the video door entry systems installed: the black methacrylate of the frameless modules and the sandblasted effect painted steel of the front panels make the Alpha push-button panel an icon of recognized elegance.
