For a newly built building compound near Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Urmet installed different systems.
An initial intervention involved installing a 2Voice video intercom system on 62 total users and equipping each apartment with Simon Urmet civil series products.

The installation of Alpha push button panels in the white color, with an elegant and up-to-date aesthetic, on the one hand meets the need to manage a large number of users, and on the other hand enhances the contemporary and minimalist architectural style of the new buildings.
The white color is also echoed inside the individual apartments, with VOG5 monitors installed to complement the video intercom system and the Nea Flexa civilian series in the same color.
A second intervention focused on two particular needs raised by some apartment owners:
1)    on the one hand, the improvement of security in their apartments
2)    and on the other, the inclusion of home automation functions for smart management of home devices.
The solution to the first request is provided through the implementation of intrusion detection systems of the 1068 system, ideal for residential application, and video surveillance systems consisting of Wi-Fi cameras and 4-channel NVRs.
On the other hand, the installation of Yokis smart switches for on-site and remote management of roller shutters made it possible to respond effectively to the need for integration of smart home functions in the daily management of devices in the apartments.
