In an industrial shed located in Prato, Urmet installed a digital fire detection system consisting of a control unit, point smoke detectors and linear barriers. The system is completed by plates, buttons, and sounders.
As a result of the height of the ceilings and the structure of the shed, linear barriers were used as a solution to simplify the installation: they were mounted on walls that are free from movement, vibration, and metal supports, thus enabling the system to operate effectively.
