At the Parma Fire Station there is an Urmet system for controlling the building's 6 entrances: Alpha entry panels of the 2Voice video door phone system and Prodel entry panels, an Urmet Group company, with integrated door phone functions were installed.

The technologies used in the system also allow calls to other Emergency Offices that are not located inside the building to be handled: the door phone entry panel recognises user selections and initiates a call to the relevant office, where the operator can answer and open the gates remotely.
