There is a farmhouse nestled in the green Tuscan countryside on the outskirts of Arezzo, in the village of Indicatore. The interiors were recently renovated, preserving the beauty of the original walls featuring exposed stonework and brickwork, while adding new furnishings in a rustic, minimalist style. For this project, Simon Urmet Nea Expì metal cover plates were used in a pearl white finish, perfectly complementing the surrounding environment.

Given the isolated location of the cottage, the use of external video surveillance cameras from the Urmet Building & Retail range as well as the 1068 intrusion alarm system were chosen to ensure the house and its occupants' security.
