Centro Stay is housed in a modern office centre with large outdoor spaces, located in Rome's Magliana area. The structure comprises two buildings with six floors. It features offices connected by glazed corridors, coworking, meeting, and training rooms, as well as parking, storage, and commercial facilities.
Here Urmet installed an IP video door phone system using IPerVoice and IPerTalk systems: 10 video door phone entry panels with code call module from the Elekta range in black glass with soft-touch buttons and Elekta Steel in vandal-resistant version. The entry panels allow building access control using a customised code and transponder tag keys, or by monitoring images from IP cameras integrated in the system.
Entry panels are connected to video telephones (code 1375/816) and internal terminals from which video door phone calls can be answered. Using the Urmet CallMe app, calls can also be answered from smartphones. A third-party virtual switchboard is also integrated into the system.
