The new residential complex is located in Modena, in the historic centre and close to the famous Ferrari Park. It features contemporary architecture that gives a solid but light image and enhances the neighbourhood.

The complex consists of multi-occupancy buildings and individual houses. Glass and iron alternate with concrete and give perfect consistency to the installation of exterior white Alpha entry panels, with a single module for the 8 houses and multi-button module for the apartment blocks.

Mìro hands free video intercoms were installed in the flats.

Within the multi-occupancy buildings, the top floor is occupied by 4 penthouses in which building automation systems with the Yokis line have been installed. All smart home management functions are directly activated by the Urmet vModo video door phone, which allows scenarios to be set and functions to be centralised. The smart system can also be managed remotely via smartphone or voice control.

Completing the installation in all the flats and common areas of the complex is the Simon Urmet wiring system.
