Video door phone and fire alarm systems were installed by Urmet at the “I tre colli” B&B located in the Parma hills in the Fornovo di Taro area.
The client emphasised the need for easily expandable installations in the event of new and future special requirements.
Urmet responded with the installation of an iPerCom video door phone system. This provides a wide range of services and benefits in addition to scalability, including the management of multiple access points both on-site and remotely, via smartphones and PCs. The following were installed both outside and inside the facility:

• Alpha video entry panels in black,
• VOG7 video door phone with a white finish.

It was decided to install a fire alarm system based on the digital 500 series. Also scalable, it guarantees high performance and simplicity of installation, programming, and management. The security of the entire building is ensured by a network of control, detection and signalling devices located throughout the facility, including common areas and individual rooms.
