Two interconnected buildings of six floors above ground and one underground were built on a plot of 952 m2, for a total of 55 spacious and modern apartments with high design standards. The residential complex has three separate entrances and common areas; outside there are more than 80 parking spaces and a new playground for children in the courtyard. The project was conceived in compliance with the principles of environmental compatibility, in particular great attention was paid to the energy efficiency of the building, the effective management of rainwater and the maintenance of an optimal temperature inside the apartments.

Here Urmet installed the Elekta entry panels with soft-touch scratch-resistant front glass panel, alphanumeric keypad, 3.5" display and proximity reader.
