ZILART is a residential complex on the territory of the former ZIL industrial zone in the Danilovsky district of Moscow, that is part of the second largest comprehensive redevelopment project in Europe. It consists of more than 20 quarters (Lots) including several buildings for 500-700 apartments each. Urmet takes part in equipping of some ZILART quarters with the IPerVoice and IPerCom doorphone systems since 2020. Lot 17 is the first lot that has been completed. The IPerVoice Full IP system implemented there included:

2 secondary entrances with Sinthesi Steel IP call modules
2 concierge switchboards
1 system server
556 IP Mìro hands-free audio door phones.
